Henry Ford Home Health Care’s array of services is provided by a staff of qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, enterostomal (wound care) therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, medical social workers, dietitians, home health aides and volunteers.

Henry Ford Home Health Care provides quality health care for mothers and newborns; high technology care for patients with organ transplants, ventilators, intravenous therapy or tube feedings; support to cancer patients and their families through the Cancer Care Program; as well as orthopaedic care through the Joint Replacement Program. Henry Ford Home Health Care also is proud to support the programs and services offered throughout Henry Ford Health System.

Hours of Services:
Henry Ford Home Health Care can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.weekends and holidays. Henry Ford Home Health Care serves Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

Payment for Services
Payment for Henry Ford Home Health Care services may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Alliance Plan (HAP), other health maintenance organizations (HMOs), other preferred provider organizations (PPOs), commercial insurance or private pay.
