Join us for a getaway weekend, July 24-26, 2009, for stroke survivors, caregivers, and family members of all ages. Camp Cavell is a beautiful, barrier free, YWCA Camp on the shores of Lake Huron in Lexington, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to try a new adventure after stroke! Our staff of trained volunteers will be on hand to assist with the caregiving needs of the stroke survivor. Activities are planned for a variety of activity levels for all participants.

15 Year Anniversary This year will be the 15th anniversary of the Stroke Retreat. When we started, we didn't know if anyone would be interested in coming to this kind of event, but now we know the benefits to stroke survivors, their families, and also to our volunteers.
