Curriculum The Internal Medicine Program is designed to utilize the extensive resources of the Henry Ford Healthcare System, our affiliated training institutions, and MSU-COM's statewide campus system to help residents develop competence in using osteopathic principle in clinical practice. Both a traditional track and a primary care track are available.

Additionally, Continuous Ambulatory Clinic is required for one to two half days per week for 36 out of 52 weeks per year for the entire 3 year program.

Didactics Daily morning report, weekly ½ day lecture series, monthly journal club, tumor board, morbidity and mortality, Harrison's club, and board review.
Research Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital's Internal Medicine Program provides opportunities to gain the review skills needed for statistical interpretation of medical literature. The institution is also committed to providing support for all clinical research endeavors. Resources are extensive and include those of Michigan State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine's Statewide Campus System and the Henry Ford Health System.
