Definicion:

Es la capa de vasos sanguineos y tejido conectivo entre la esclerotica (parte blanca del ojo) y la retina . Es parte de la uvea , suministra los nutrientes a las partes internas del ojo y su inflamacion se conoce como coroiditis .
