On the following graph, names that include the abbreviation CHS refer to departments within the Center for Health Services, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital's new, state-of-the-art medical facility located on West Road in Brownstown. The CHS includes an Emergency Department, Ambulatory Surgery Center and offers Outpatient Services like Laboratory, Radiology and Sleep Study Center, all of which rank in the top 1% in the nation in patient satisfaction.
Scores reflect the mean of ratings provided by responding patients. The survey uses a 100 point scale.
