Patients and their families are greeted personally by a guest services representative who attends to their needs before, during and after each patient's stay at Cottage.
Each guest on the new unit will receive a complimentary hotel-like personal amenities kit, bathrobe, slippers, a daily newspaper and fresh flowers, among other specialty services.
