Fuentes de vitamina D

Al igual que la mayoria de las vitaminas, la vitamina D puede obtenerse en la cantidad recomendada con una dieta bien balanceada que incluya algunos alimentos enriquecidos. Ademas, el cuerpo produce vitamina D al exponerse a la luz solar. Por ello, se recomienda a las personas que se expongan a la luz solar 10 a 15 minutos tres veces a la semana.
