Ejercicios isometricos

Los ejercicios isometricos ponen los musculos en accion y fortalecen los huesos. El incremento de masa muscular eleva el metabolismo que, a su vez, quema grasa. El entrenamiento de fortaleza, tambien llamado ejercicio anaerobico, es opuesto al aerobico, debido a que no se requiere incremento en la produccion de oxigeno.
