Henry Ford Health System is a Michigan not-for-profit corporation governed by a 45-member board of trustees. Advisory and affiliate boards of more than 220 volunteer community leaders provide vital links to the communities we serve.

Henry Ford is managed by Nancy Schlichting, president and chief executive officer. She is assisted by leaders in key areas, including medical and hospital affairs, finance, planning, insurance, human resources, academic and research affairs, philanthropy and business operations.
