Exercise and education designed to help patients manage their pulmonary disease and maintain ability to perform activities of daily living. Individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including emphysema, chronic bronchitis and asthma, can benefit from this medically supervised program. Learn how to improve your breathing, how to complete daily tasks without increasing shortness of breath, and how to cope with your breathing problems. Certain programs may require physicians approval.

Trouble Breathing, Phase 3 Offered five days per
week - specific times will be scheduled
For individuals who have been through the monitored pulmonary rehabilitation
program and need a supervised program to continue with their exercise
training.
Cost: $7/session
(billed monthly) or $58/month for unlimited visits; requires physician
referral
