Customer Service and Billing specialists work closely with customers, physicians and insurance companies to coordinate cost-effective and medically appropriate solutions for individual health care needs. Henry Ford Health Products is a provider for nearly all of the traditional and managed care insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, HAP, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, PPOM and Aetna. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are also accepted.
Henry Ford Health Products staff is available 24 hours a day to complete emergency equipment set-ups. Urgent equipment is generally delivered and set up within four hours of order placement.
